Police promotions

Five of the seven members of the Cayman Islands Police Force promoted Jan. 1 are (front row) Cpl. Lindsay Cacho to Sergeant, Sgt. Vivian Parchment to Inspector, Sgt. Fabian Sambula to Inspector (back row) P.C. Derek Ebanks to Corporal and Sgt. Royal Anderson to Inspector. Missing from the picture were P.C. Hortor Rankine, who is in East End, and P.C. Clemins Connor, who is in Cayman Brac, both to Corporal.
