I’m almost certain this is Freda Lazzari, and she lived to be 100 years old. She would tell me as a child how she climbed the bluff every day to feed the cows. She made the most delicious “coconut drops”.
Looks like Ms Freda Lazzari to me. I agree with everything the pervious comment mentioned about Ms Freda. Lived to be 100, climbed the bluff to feed their cows on top the bluff and made delicious Coconut drops also coconut oil. This is most likely the ladder behind the Cayman Brac Heritage House which use to belong to the Lazzari Family in Northeast Bay.
